The time has come. Women can be promoted, be named CEO, and even serve on boards.
Who gets promoted? How are they different from others? Women who have been promoted share how they did it and offer advice on how you can do it.
This seminar is a follow-up session to #101”Who Gets Promoted, Who Doesn't, and Why?”, an interactive discussion session held as part of the 20th International Conference for Women in business on Sunday, July 26, 2015. Both newcomers to this topic and conference attendees who simply want to hear more are welcome to participate in what will be a session packed with new learning. Kaori Sasaki will act as the facilitator for this seminar, and a number of the presenters from the Conference session will also be in attendance.
The doors to the venue will open at 18:30 and a video of the interactive discussion session at the 20th International Conference for Women in business (http://www.women.co.jp/conf/report/entaku_101.html) will be played within the venue. Although this will only be 30 minutes until the seminar starts as 19:00, we hope that participants will utilize this 30 minutes to review some of the session content.
The actual interactive discussion will commence at 19:00 with a panel of presenters leading the discussion. Sufficient time has been set aside for a question and answer session and another 30 minutes from 20:30 has been allocated for networking where participants can also enjoy a glass of wine (or tea). The event will finish at 21:00.
- This seminar is open to everyone.
- Kaori Sasaki will act as seminar facilitator.
- Panel discussion with theater-style seating.
- Minimum number of participants: 12 (Notification of seminar cancellation will be provided at least three business days in advance if there are insufficient participants)
