Agreeable, Assertive, Aggressive--which is right?
Whether you are male or female, do you not get what you need because you are afraid to ask for it? Or you do get what you need, but often anger everyone involved?
We tend to have a rather narrow "comfort zone" in our interactions with others and usually stay within it, regardless of what the situation requires. The most effective people assess the situation and adapt their approach to it. In this workshop, we use the A7 Scale in a variety of situations and do exercises that stretch and then expand your comfort zone so you can become a more effective team member or leader.
This is going to be 120 min interactive lecture and workshop that participants will get specific skills after it.
